The compact 3 in 1 has been designed for all car and truck batteries. It is composed by 3 finishing and testing stations, which share the same frame and belt conveyor.

Designed and manufactured to achieve a high level of accuracy, reliability and repetitiveness.

All the operation related with the change of format are completely automatic, through linear motors and actuators as well as a dedicated mechanical design. From the HMI panel, the operator shall only select the battery to process, confirm the selection, and automatically all the equipment will move to the established coordinates. The change of the format will not take longer than 120 seconds, with significant time saving and consequent increase in productivity. No variable is left in the hands of the operators.

HRD tester

Through the three-petal clamp, a much higher contact surface is obtained, allowing to improve the condition of the test and to avoid any formation of arcs that would damage the poles of the batteries.

Poles brushing

The disposable brushes, represented below, are easy to find, good durability, and guarantee the perfect cleanliness even of the upper part of the pole. Each brush is combined with a pneumatic motor with the modulation of the working speed.

Dielectric tester

Pneumatic cylinders, linear actuator and a dedicated mechanical design for vertical movement and the automatic positioning during the change format operation.

4 stainless steel plates get in touch with the top of the battery box, while an electrode discharges 10,000 Volts on the battery pole. The tester verifies that there are no current dispersions on the 4 blades and confirms the perfect hydraulic seal between the box and the lid of the battery.
